Personal Training

1-2-1 personal training is a personal 1 hour workout with me. This will be talking about your personal goals and putting the right procedure in place to hit your goals and targets.

Workouts can differ from strength training, HIIT training, circuit training or injury rehab. Whatever your goals we will make them happen. Personal training is for someone who has to have a big focus on their goals, who needs that motivation and push they can't necessarily get by going to the gym on their own. People can expect a tough but enjoyable workout planned to hit the right areas that are needed to get to each individual target, whether that is fat loss or building muscle.

My personal training sessions take place in my private studio in Sheffield known as the GG studio, it will be just me and the client with the top equipment needed to push your bodies, achieving them much desired results.

Anyone from a fitness newbie or a fitness fanatic can have a personal trainer, it might just be the difference to getting to your goals and not. Each client's targets are tailored to each and everyone personal goals and needs. We will set 4, 8 or 12 week targets and will the right dedication and consistency we will get you to where you want to be.
